Offers for
Youth organisations and clubs
You accompany children and teenagers through phases of life in which much is uncertain – origin, family, environment, future. And you do it with conviction. With heart. And with the clear stance: "We want more than just filling the day."
But sometimes resources are missing. Or a format that really connects – one that changes behaviour instead of just informing. One that shows young people: "You matter. You may show yourself. And you can make a difference."
What young people need today
What children and teenagers need today goes deeper than rules and group activities. They need:
- a sense of their own worth
- a way of dealing with pressure, conflicts and exclusion
- the ability to regulate themselves instead of losing themselves
- an inner home – especially when the outer one is uncertain
These are the topics I take up – within a professional resilience and life-skills training based on the concept "Stark auch ohne Muckis". Pedagogically sound. Effective in groups. Everyday-ready.
What you can expect
The format:
- Minimum scope: 3 sessions of 90 minutes per group
- Flexible to use within project weeks or thematic focus periods
- Suitable for children and teenagers between approx. 6 and 16 years
- I bring all the material – you don't need to prepare anything
The benefit for your work:
- Children recognise what makes them who they are – and what distinguishes them from one another
- Group dynamics become clearer, more constructive and less conflict-prone
- Bullying prevention happens not through lecturing, but through experience
- You as a professional gain room to act – because the group pulls along
Why I do this – and what guides me
I worked in education for a long time myself – and I know the feeling of hitting limits even though you want to do everything right. Today I accompany organisations and teams in giving young people more than daily structure: an inner compass, self-confidence and social maturity that carries.
I work with an eye for the whole – but with a sense for each individual child. And I know: change does not happen overnight. But it often begins in exactly such moments.
You have the setting – I bring the impulses
More than an offer – a gift for life: emotional strength that stays. Let's talk – and create spaces together in which children can grow.
